As many do, We had a pool inspection and building undertaken on a property we bought in Perth. Although we used a building inspection firm for the building assessment, we engaged Perth Pool Inspections to undertake a leak detection and pool equipment test. They found 3x leaks and a broken filter, as well as the pool fence was not compliant. The seller fixed the issues up before settlement and we were very happy with Perth Pool Inspection service 5 stars!
I used these guys for a leak detection and pre settlement report in hillarys. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pool leak, or wishing to buy a property with a pool on it in Perth.
These guys were available at short notice and the report was extremely well covered. They found the leak and repaired it all for a fair price. I got the previous owner to replace a leaking pump as well which saved me over $2000.
BTW I had gotten quotes form some pool companies who would look for the leak but would not repair it?! BUT I had no trouble with Pool inspections Perth. Thanks guys highly recommended.

Did our settlement inspection at the same time as building and pest (with different building + pest inspector). They came highly recommended and we were not disapointed.
Very informative report, full leak detection and they tested / ran all equipment + Pool safety check. Comprehensive report, identified a lot of defects, the seller fixed it all. For us it was money well spent. Cheers

Had these guys do our Pool inspection for prepurchase / settlement in Duncraig. They spotted a few issues that weren't obvious to us, and the seller had them fixed before we moved. Now they do our regular pool maintenance and cleaning. Great job!
We had these guys inspect when we were buying a new house. Althoguh We used a building inspection company for the building itself, for the pool inspection they identified the defects and the seller fixed them before settlement. Very competitive inspection and pool repair $$$
